ROIS Business Management & Marketing (ROIS BMM), Dubai, organized the visit of a mission delegation coming from Savona, a city located along Italy's northwestern coast also known as Riviera Ligure.

During the three days mission, a unique culinary dinner fine food tasting experience with live station, focusing on typical finest culinary art products such as olive oil, variety of authentic 'Pesto' basil sauces, fresh and dried pastas, focaccia, chocolate, bakery confectionary products, blended variety of coffees, wines all originating from the area of Savona, was organized at the Westin Hotel & Resort in Dubai.

Guests of the event were food industry operators, food and beverage hotel directors, chefs and VIP guests. This initiative was promoted by the Region Liguria, Savona Chamber of Commerce, Liguria International ScpA, with the collaboration of Confartigianato di Savona and was also supported by the Italian Business Council Dubai & Northern Emirates.

Dr. Ottavia Molinari, President of the Italian Business Council Dubai & Northern Emirates welcomed the numerous guests highlighting the importance to support and promote the Italian gastronomic culture and welcomed Mr. Flavio Gualdoni of ROIS BMM who accompanied the Italian consortium delegation introducing the participants: Azienda Agricola Durin, Le Bonta' del Belvedere, Lavoratti, La Gallinara, and Minuto Caffe'.

Mr. Gualdoni said, 'Liguria is famous through the world not only for its climate and splendid landscapes, as is one of the favorite tourist destinations, well known for richness and variety of panoramic views and scenic glimpses, small villages, picturesque corners, wild and unspoiled nature but also for its typical food products. As far as food industry is concerned, the Liguria region is mainly composed by small and medium size firms characterized by high quality production. The peculiarity of Liguria products represents the combination of genuineness, quality of several specialties products that are exported worldwide.'
